Amid the sweat and rhythm of my workout, a jarring realization struck me-I had completely forgotten about my internship responsibilities! Panic quickly replaced the adrenaline coursing through my veins. I hurriedly grabbed my phone, preparing to call the office and salvage whatever oversight I had made. Just as my fingers hovered over the dial pad, the phone rang. The caller ID displayed my office's name. My heart thudded in my chest.
